Support Analyst - Infrastructure
Our client require a proven Support Analyst - Audio to resolve all support issues promptly and effectively whilst demonstrating applied technical efficiency all support calls relating to media services software/Hardware installation and maintenance.
Essential skills knowledge required:
* Proven knowledge of advanced multimedia and collaboration systems to include the support operation of video, Tanberg, polycom and audio bridging.
* Excellent recent examples of demonstrating and delivering professional service to all clients at all times within a similar company.
* You will also have experience of up to date technologies including equipment and software including windows operating system platforms Microsoft applications and network fundamentals.
* Proven call management skills logging updating and taking ownership regarding support calls/emails this will include keeping hardware inventories, application profiles, procedures databases and the IT environments up to date.
