Support Analyst

About the role:

We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our BFS Service and Operations to support our busy Advisor Services WRAP Business. You will be responsible for working closely with WRAP business to understand and resolve a broad range of issues from technical, reporting inconsistencies, online transaction etc. The team is responsible for responding and resolving issues on a same day basis as well being pro-active in monitoring and systems behaviour to identify anomalies and avoid impacts to our clients.

About you:

To be successful in this role as a Support Analyst you will be degree qualified or similar with previous experience with a WRAP platform or similar system. You will posses exceptional communication skills as well problem solving attitude. In addition you will previous administration experience within a Financial Services firm.
