Support Analyst-(Financial Services, UNIX, SQL, LINUX, Graduate, Trading Systems, Support, London)
A leading global provider of electronic trading systems technology urgently and immediately seeks a talented and intelligent graduate to join their Support team in the heart of London. This organisation boasts one of the biggest names with in the Financial Services space, and they continue to expand and set the standards.
The successful Graduate Support Analyst will be given industry leading training and full exposure to global top-tier financial institutions. My client has one of the best retention rates in the city and actively encourages addition, training and career progression within the firm. Salary up to £35,000 dependent on skills and knowledge.
The role of the Support Analyst-(Financial Services, UNIX, SQL, LINUX, Graduate, Trading Systems, Support, London) will include:
- Provision of 1st and 2nd Line Support
- Telephone support - dealing with any queries and issues and closing and unresolved issues
- Following issues through with email, processing, documenting, investigating and resolving issues

In order to be considered for this role, the following is absolutely essential:
- Bachelors degree (or ideally Masters) in an IT/Computing or numerical discipline (e.g. Maths, Physics, Engineering etc)
- Futures and Options knowledge to a conversational level either through personal interest, experience, or study
- Genuine and evident interest within Financial Services and Technology
- Impeccable communication skills
- Solid analytical and inquisitive approach towards problem solving
