Support Analyst – Payroll Specialist recruitment
My Client is a Market leading supplier of software and services for pension administration, actuarial valuation and data analysis. They are currently looking for an experienced Support Analyst with a very good experience of supporting Payroll systems.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working in 1st and 2nd line support capacity with external clients and on Payroll systems . The role will also require the candidate to take on some Business Analyst responsibilities and an understanding of the software development life-cycle, in order to requirement gather and work on site to provide accurate support to bespoke systems,
The candidate will also need to be confident in their abilities and have very good communications skills.
Some exposure to Pensions will be essential to the role , as well as PAYE Payroll knowledge.
Other functions can include and are not limited too; user training , requirement gathering and some work on external sites
