Support Analyst/Web/Apache/Tomcat/ Knowsley
A client of Empiric Solution is looking for a several of 2nd Line Web/Apache/Tomcat Support Analyst's based in Knowsley.

The candidate will support the core customer facing IT services fault fixing, change implementation and basic project contribution.

Principle Responsibilities

Analyses, diagnoses and resolves faults (on a 24x7 basis as required)
Appropriately assigns faults to other 2nd Line, 3rd Line or external support groups ensuring clear handover and documentation.
Dealing with ticket and prioritising them

Essential criteria

2nd line support experience
Some involvement in deployments
Ticketing experience
Working on an on call rota, 24/7 support (1 in 6 weeks)
Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
