Support Director Job in Cork Ireland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client is fast becoming a market leader of IT HR solutions to the UK market while retaining the overall market leader position in Ireland.
The Company specialises in the development and support of Payroll, Time Attendance and HR Management Systems. Employing people in offices in Ireland the UK and partnering with organisations across all business sectors including Government, Public Sector Agencies, Education, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Food Beverages. Due to our clients continued success and rapid growth they are recruiting for a Support Director to join their team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead the strategic growth and development of the support operations for the Companys application suite.
- Manage the operational performance, development and coaching of the support specialist teams across multiple locations.
- Liaising and working closely in collaboration with key internal business stakeholders including Senior Management Team, Sales and Delivery teams to deliver to the customer base.
- Future proofing, developing and strategising to ensure the support teams are adequately resourced and equipped to deal with rapid business development and growth.
- Responsible for managing the department's financial KPI's and metrics.
- Establish and develop customer user group forums.
- Delivering service excellence and further developing the relationship with the existing customer base throughout Ireland UK.
- Encourage and promote continuous improvement, increase efficiencies and innovation across the support function.
- Identifying opportunities with both the existing and new client set within Ireland UK.
Experience Requirements:
- Degree qualified, preferably with a technical background.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience working with senior level executives in a client facing capacity is essential.
- An ability to develop long term client business relationships.
- A dynamic individual with the ability to challenge, influence and negotiate across all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Strategic and creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a proven track record in the effective planning and delivery of results to both internal and external clients.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An innovative individual with a continuous improvement focus.
- Excellent presentation skills.
