Responsibilities:
* Production support 24x7 on call basis for core banking application (Atlas2)
* Support for migrations/patch installation
* Provide Atlas2 technical support for Asia Pacific,
* Provide support on enhancements related to standard Atlas2 processing, regional site applications and reports.
* Provide support for Atlas2 Batch process and communicate the major incidents details to all stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and record the details
* Review and maintain the production batch process schedules charts, incident review and advise ARCC for improvements where possible
* Liaise with ARCC and SMT for system and operational activities, to provide them with the required information and support related to Atlas II
* Prepares test environmets and provide technical assistance to the development teams during
* Ensure user queries and problems are followed up and resolved promptly.
*Liaise with Head-Office teams in charge of Atlas II for Atlas II related issues for Asia Pacific.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in supporting of core banking applications.
* Expertise in Unix scripting, Oracle SQL, J2EE technologies. Knowledge of COBOL will be a plus
* Good communication skills
* Minimum 4 year hands on experience with banking domain
* Willing to work after office hours for support/maintenance activities
