Overview:
Due to remarkable growth and multiple new product initiatives, we are looking to add a qualified Support Analyst to our Singapore Global Support Services (GSS) team. This position’s focus will be the support for TT’s Algo Design Lab (ADL) product as well participating and fostering an online ADL user community. TT’s ADL product offering is loaded with innovative features, is supremely reliable and reflex-fast, and is expected to become the advanced algorithm design platform of choice for professional derivatives traders around the world.
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and supporting applications in a trading or financial environment as well as working knowledge in algorithmic trading or black box trading applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for TT’s ADL product.
- Participate in online forums.
- Recreate reported client issues.
- Assist clients in all technical/functional aspects relating to TT software.
- Provide customer web based support.
- Provide assistance to clients using Bomgar remote sessions.
- Answer ADL application customer web tickets.
- Ensure client trust and maintain client confidentiality in regards to client algos.
- Document information and data helpful to other team members and clients.
- Provide feedback on documentation.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Manage tickets for ADL clients while providing a high quality of support.
- Test software functionality and participate in reproducing software issues as necessary.
- Define, escalate, and follow up on all technical issues in an organized, efficient and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
- Strong client facing skills.
- Strong logic and analytic skills.
- Passion for puzzle building and solving
- Passion for online communication venues such as web forums, blogs, newsfeeds.
- Programming knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong team work orientation and interaction.
- Knowledge of trading in general, preferably electronic trading with working algorithmic knowledge a plus.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting trading software at desktop and server level is a plus.
