SVP, E-Channels, Transaction Bank recruitment
Our client is a global financial services group with a strong commitment and focus in the Asia region. An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Channels banker with a focus on the Transaction Banking business to join their team of global managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall H2H, ERP and SWIFT channels for the Wholesale Transaction Bank business (Payments, Cash Management, Trade and Securities Services).
This is a high profile role working on strategically important projects with visibility to senior management. Aside from the customary enabling competencies, the successful candidate must be exceptionally skilled at interfacing with business and technology teams, plus have strong drive and change management experience. This role will also manage 3-5 pax in the team.
Required Qualifications Experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• At least 15 years career experience with prior experience delivering and managing H2H and SWIFT client channels in an international bank or financial services group.
• Strong knowledge in distribution / channel development trends and the Transaction Banking business. IT/Business hybrid knowledge is greatly desired.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, good experience working across cultures and regions.
