S/VP- Project Implementation/ Change Management recruitment
The role will interact with cross-functional internal business partners to deliver customized business solutions for markets to resolve their most significant issues. You will leverage your industry experience in private wealth and functional expertise as you will belong to a team that looks beyond standard solutions to develop new insights, mobilise business strategies and deliver tangible results.
- Manage change initiatives impacting Markets units primarily in Hong Kong and Singapore
- Lead or facilitate process improvement taskforces and programs
- Facilitate detailed analysis of changes sponsored by various functions to understand their impact on Markets
- Co-ordinate and drive requirement gathering, UAT and business integration activities for above mentioned changes and document Markets processes
Key Requirements
- Strong background in project and change management ideally within the private wealth management space
- Strong analytical skills and with some experience in IT implementation
- Prior management/strategy consulting experience would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills – tool/skill-set gained from management consulting background
- Ability to build harmonious, effective and responsive relationships with cross functional partners
- Strong communication skills – comfortable with dealing with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Striving to continuously enhance processes and procedures
- Contributing actively to establishment of effective partnerships and reaching consensus among different interest groups
