SVP/ VP Institutional Equity Sales recruitment

The ideal candidate will be as seasoned equities sales person and have a history of proven track record in selling to regional, US and European institutional clients. In this position your primary responsibility will be to build new, and broaden existing, client relationships with large and influential institutional clients such as fund managers, investment banks and brokerage firms. This job will offer you the right business platform for you to excel through demonstrated client orientation and service excellence, especially if you have previously developed successful relationships and already have an existing wide contact network. In order for you to succeed in this function, initiative of your own research and analysis will be fundamental to keep abreast of risks. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you influence clients in new business development initiatives across various geographies.  Previous managerial experience is desired as your leadership will be sought after to manage a small team in ensuring that targets will be achieved to help sustain profitability. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is necessary for you to handle different constituencies across the firm as well as around the world. You will also be required to be in charge of the team’s compliance with rules and regulations of relevant regulatory authorities.
