Strong institutional bank with a growing regional presence is now looking for an experienced banker to market the bank's broad range of products, including Capital Markets, Markets and Transactional Service products, to existing and prospect clients.
With knowledge and experience of the NBFI segment across Hong Kong and China, you will
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through persistent marketing efforts with the focus to better understand the financing and operational needs of the clients.
- Pro-actively solicit and develop new client relationships according to the Bank's business strategy.
- Work closely with product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and mobilise internal resources to ensure a professional delivery of services to clients
- Be responsible for compliance of regulatory requirement
- Deliver revenue, economic capital and product cross-sell targets
- Be responsible for management of client portfolio
- Perform capital model analysis
To be successful you should have
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in the sector with sound knowledge of insurance and funds management clients and their needs.
- Solid credit and relationship management background with good understanding of transaction banking, treasury and debt capital market products
- A self-starter attitude and an ability to work effectively with minimum supervision along with a commitment to teamwork and organisation objectives
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good credit evaluation and capital model analytical skill
