Software Team Leader / Technical Architect with extensive architectural experience in real time multi-threaded environments is urgently required by World Class Technology Company based near Guildford Surrey.
A Senior C# .NET Software Engineer with extensive Team Leading / managerial experience would also be considered.
You'll join at the start of the BRAND NEW, project, building complex products for high calibre automotive electronics and diagnostic tools. You'll lead a technically gifted and bright team (10+) who are tasked to deliver creative C# .Net solutions to unique engineering problems.
There will be extensive POC work initially to lay a foundation for an exceptional product.
You will have lead team in AGILE development for at least 3 yrs and have extensive architectural experience in a C# .NET environment. You must be able to demonstrate that you truly understanding how software works and have a track record of taking ideas to turning them into reality.
The Software Team Leader / Technical Architect will be responsible for the technical management and direction of the team and project, and requires a highly motivated and hands-on team player with a strong ability to drive progress, assess future risk and lead by example.
The Software Team Leader / Technical Architect will provide solutions to technical issues, and will be responsible for meeting development schedule. They will participate in, provide input to and ultimately be responsible for the overall technical integrity of the solution.
