Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor
Salary: £Competitive
Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor opening with a leading private, independent Wealth Management firm who are currently further expanding their business within Europe.
As Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor based in London you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and acting as liaison between assigned clients and the firm's senior investment policy decision-makers. You will be the representative for the firm drawing upon market expertise, advice and building relationships with High Net Worth Investors.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Foster strong relationships with clients in order to understand their circumstances and expectations.
-Communicating market strategy and portfolio updates to assigned clients.
-Be the representative for clients and the business' investment decision-makers.
-Developing an in-depth understanding of finance and capital markets.
-Initiate and work towards improving any operational processes/ problems to provide continuous improvement of quality of service and deliverables.
-Facilitate in the on-boarding of client relationships, KYC, AML.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
-Educated to Degree level + preferably RDR Compliant
-Native or Fluent Danish, Swedish and/or Dutch language skills AND English (Native/ Fluent). Other Native/ Fluent European language skills in (Norwegian, French, Spanish or Italian beneficial)
-Exceptional communication (written, verbal and oral) skills as you will be communicating in Danish/ Swedish/ Dutch with HNWI on a daily basis and English with colleagues in the London office.
-Proven experience within a similar Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor role within a Wealth Management/ Private Banking environment.
-Robust knowledge of Wealth Management products.
-Highly articulate and charismatic with a strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure.
-Strong entrepreneurial spirit, be innovative, excellent problem solver and strong decision maker.
-Excellent project management and organisation skills and able to present technical information in a comprehensive manner.
-Work towards and believe in the corporate ethos.
