Internet System Analyst
As an Internet System Analyst, you will assist in the implementation of Internet/Intranet-based applications and software as well as management of server base operating systems. You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and upgrading servers and infrastructure components, as well as providing operational support.
RESPONSIBILITIES: *Perform the following activities under limited direction:
- *Maintain and upgrade servers and infrastructure components, as well as provide operational support.
- *Assist with implementation and post-implementation support for Internet/Intranet-based applications.
- *Assist with the layout design and building interfaces with other Internet/Intranet or client/server software applications.
- *Assist with research and evaluating the selection of Internet/Intranet tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures; document test results; and make recommendations for improvements when applicable.
- *Analyze Web application traffic patterns and recommend necessary changes.
- *Ensure Web site standards are maintained.
- *Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including programming, security issues etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Equivalent work experience can be substituted.
Job Related Experience:
- 3+ years experience with Windows 2003 Server, IIS and SQL administration.
- Server hardware and infrastructure architecture experience.
- Server and application support skills.
- Network communications and/or programming experience, or related experience.
- Must be familiar with security, Internet Architecture, Routing, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancing, connectivity, scalability, WWW, E-commerce.
- Ability to provide after hours operational support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of SQL and/or other database design.
- Knowledgeable in web development methodologies: programming languages such as C++, C#, and Java.
- 3+ years of web development experience and/or in web development field.
- 3 + years related industry experience with multiple platforms, including knowledge and experience of internet banking applications.
- Experience with HTML, Web Authoring Tools, Graphics Tools,
- Knowledge of how to document program design and maintenance.
- The ability to interact with external, as well as, internal clients for the purpose of data gathering and design initiation.
