Systems Analyst Job in Dallas 75201, Texas US

The DSO is looking for an experienced Web/Systems Administrator to join our team. In this position you will responsible for developing and maintaining the DSO's core website.  This will include production and technical support of web and application servers running Windows operating system.   Our website is integrated with our main CRM database application. The task also includes writing custom procedures in Microsoft SQL. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze user requirements and design a solution to accomplish the Marketing and Development department objectives.  The candidate will be able to manage a Windows Active Directory environment including services such as but not limited to DNS, IIS, DFS, DHCP, Group Policy management, and Shell Scripting.


Demonstrated Hands-on Experience with: 
- VB.NET 2.0 - 4.0 
- SQL Server 
- Javascript 
- Visual Studio
- Experience with web services projects; reading, authoring and editing XML documents
- CSS, PHP, HTML, SOAP, REST
- IIS

- Unit Testing

- Windows Networking and Active Directory administration
- Equallogic SAN administration
- VMware administration

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- VPN/RDP

- Maintains up-to-date system/network documentation


Additional Skills and Competencies: 
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant study/experience
- 3-5 years experience designing, developing and maintaining web functionality
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process 
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to be on call as needed
