Responsibilities

Plan and develop conceptual technical solutions; analyze interpret technical data; identify engineering design problems; evaluate operational technical alternatives; evaluate technical solutions.

Qualifications

Individuals interested in this position should have a strong embedded hardware software background.

While not a requirement for entry to this position, applicants will be expected to obtain Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I Program Management certification.

Entry is with an Associate's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
Degree should be in System Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering. If degree is in a related field (e.g., Math, IFSM) one year of systems engineering experience is required.
Systems development life cycle experience (e.g., system design, interface specification, quality assurance, requirements gathering, deployment).
Experience in dynamical systems, optimization, modeling desirable.
Experience participating on a team system development activity.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Salary range: $42,209 - $97,333
