Specific Job Description Chief Engineer / Chief Architect for the program. Provide technical guidance to a small team working on this strategic program. Responsible for technical interchanges with the customer and vendors, architecting modifications to continue to grow the system capabilities, assist in business development associated with the program, and leadership of the project to an on time, fully capable delivery. Needs to be knowledgeable in the ELINT, COMINT, and IMINT domains. Strong customer intimacy will be required. Must be able to lead the team to completion of all effort on within cost and schedule constraints. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Standard Job Description Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
