* Experience successfully constructing models (i.e., Process, Data, Workflow, Use-Case, and Functional Diagrams).
This Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Systems Integration Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the Human Resource Business Community (Functional HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time Attendance users/process owners) and the EBS technical team. This position successfully partners with Operations, LM Business Units and LM Corporate customers on a daily basis.
This position works multiple complex technical tasks simultaneously; learns and applies new functionality quickly and appropriately. The position also performs Operations and Maintenance functions in support of assigned HR applications (such as PeopleSoft, and other COTS and custom developed applications). Responsibilities include successfully supporting and responding to customer problems by using effective analysis and resolution techniques, training, mass data loads, execution of payroll processes for off-cycles, responding to payroll escalations during on-cycle payroll runs and setting up table changes.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Independent Liaison and primary Point of Contact (POC) for coordinating activities with Customers, Stakeholders and Support Partners at all levels. Primarily the Payroll Labor Customers
* Responsible for multiple systems and processes.
* Gathering, interpreting, and documenting functional systems requirements from end users and communicating them to the EBS technical team.
* Creating and executing effective Functional test plans, and providing thorough documentation to end users.
* Developing and presenting solution alternatives.
* Collaborating with the technical team as they develop detailed designs and implement the project plan per schedule and budget.
* Performing and coordinating Functional system testing, and providing sustainment and/or post deployment support with a variety of stakeholders.
* Interacting with external suppliers to support the applications and interfaces that they have been contracted to provide.
* Troubleshooting application problems and coordinating corrections with stakeholders.

* Proven ability to collaborate with others, troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast paced interactive teaming environment.
* Proven ability to assess, standardize, automate and implement complex enterprise-wide systems, functions and processes
* Expertise with Microsoft Project and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Web Focus expertise.
* Ability to write SQL queries for Oracle.
* Knowledge of the ITSM Remedy tool and incident management, coordination, and resolution processes.
* Knowledge of Lockheed Martin HR, Payroll and Benefit and Information Security policies with emphasis on payroll
* Demonstrated experience with Project management tasks consisting of maintaining accurate records of scheduled activities, project milestones, accurate variance reporting and status of project activities.
* Demonstrated experience maintaining monthly presentation material and presenting project status.
* Demonstrated experience providing complex, high level production support of COTS and/or in-house systems.
* Ability to obtain/maintain appropriate DoD security clearance.
