Systems Project Leader – SAP CRM
We are excited to partner with a global, world-class, $5B Consumer Products Manufacturer in locating a talented Project Leader to lead projects related to SAP CRM application development. This position is primarily related to the development, support, and leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects for sales, marketing, and customer service. The Systems Project Leader will work closely with business users through entire project life cycle - concept, development, execution, and support. Will also analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong problem solving skills required with a desire to continuously learn more about CRM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead multiple projects related to SAP CRM
· Meet with users, super users and other business cohorts to gather application requirements
· Provide input/additions to scope documents
· Communicate requirements to local and off-shore resources
· Primary contact between business users and technical staff
· Document new business processes and workflows and will configure mySAP CRM to build solutions for e-commerce, marketing, sales, and service organizations
· Assist business users with test scenarios, test plans, and training materials
· Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related field required.
· 5+ years systems experience. A mix of CRM related sales, marketing, or service project leadership and systems experience is a strong plus. Experience in a global environment is also desirable.
· 3+ years Project Management experience. PMP / other PM certification preferred
· 2+ years experience with SAP CRM.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
