Systems Specialist - Permanent Opportunity - Stratford-upon-Avon based.
Our Client based in Stratford-upon-Avon is actively recruiting for an experienced Property Management Systems Specialist to have sole responsibility for and to oversee, support and manage their Qube system.
The role is responsible for keeping the system running at maximum performance ensuring that the system is highly effective for business analysis and internal customer requirements.
The successful candidate must be prepared to work outside normal working hours if required. The nature of this role necessitates diplomacy, adaptability, flexibility and tenacity together with a real interest in optimising system and organisational effectiveness by utilising the system to its full potential.
Accountabilities will include:
User Support - Improve the usability of the system for all users, Manage resolution of any problems users encounter on Qube, deal with general queries and arrange password resets as required and arrange and chair Quarterly Review Meeting with key users and to coordinate and deliver training and support for users of Qube where needed.
Improved capability of system - Support all areas of the department to progress development and make best use of Qube, Provide solutions to Development and Change Requests from Surveyors and Accountants, Assess data quality and requirements for data improvements and enhanced use of the system and Introduce new modules, improving processes and workflows.
System Audit Housekeeping - Comply with any actions from Group Internal Audit reports, Comply with information security requirements from Chief Information Security Officer, Comply with other data / user control requests from Group Compliance, Group Risk, Group Finance and Property Finance Manager
Management Information - Design and produce reports within Qube for Properties Department users, ensuring accuracy and detail, Manage Maintenance of System Documentation
Supplier Relationship Management - Coordinate calls logged with Qube to ensure consistent approach, Escalate urgent calls as part of regular service reviews with the Account Manager.
Experience, Skills Competencies Required:
Minimum 5 GCSEs at C or above including English Language and Maths - copies of certificates will be required at interview stage.
Experience of Qube would be beneficial
Experience of working within a control environment
Experience of working within a proactive and customer focused environment
Delivering exceptional customer service and meeting targets and deadlines
IT related background with some IT Service Delivery and / or Project Management experience
Advanced software knowledge, particularly Excel and Databases
Excellent organisational skills
Able to prioritise work according to importance and deadlines
Sound analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Project management experience would be an advantage
Able to develop and produce meaningful management reports
Ability to communicate at all levels
