Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality guest service, professionalism of dealers, security and accounting of games in assigned area. Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times. Essential Functions: -Must be knowledgable in all aspects of the game supervised. -Ensures utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time. -Ensures compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Colorado Gaming Regulations and Internal controls. -Ensures proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately. -Trains and mentors all team members to ensure Table Games Super Service standards. -Communicates all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor. -Maintains equipment within section. -Ensures the integrity of games in assigned section. -Communicates and coaches team. -Conducts training and performance reviews in a timely manner -Communicates to the Senior Supervisors all guest and employee issues and reports all monetary exceptions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications: -Experience as a Table Games Dealer and prefer skilled in all games. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent team member and customer relations skills. -Ability to work any shift or hours. -Previous floor or dual-rate experience required.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.
