Role SummaryThe purpose of this position is to be a main point of internal contact for a select group of top US PCS clients to ensure their servicing needs are proactively, professionally, effectively, accurately, and satisfactorily met. ACE’s are responsible and accountable for representing Russell Investments and US PCS while proactively contracting premier clients, responding to requests, answering questions, and resolving issues.
