Associates are involved in the full cycle of the investment process. Responsibilities include executing and overseeing the diligence process as it relates to new investment opportunities. Associates are also involved in monitoring and maintaining performance of existing portfolio companies by working closely with the senior management team and providing support in order to ensure strong portfolio returns.
