Adheres to all Safe Auto Insurance Company policies and procedures, as outlined in the Associate’s Handbook and the CSD Service Plan. Answers and responds to all customer questions, concerns and policy updates. Responds to calls from outside businesses and companies as it pertains to banks, lien holders, and courts.
