This position will oversee daily activities for a team of Client Service Representatives.Ensuring acceptable levels of service and a positive client experience. Managing the relationships with Clients, Third Party Administrators, WSS Client Service, Relationship Management, and other service partners while fostering strong partnerships.Develop and apply a detailed knowledge and understanding of JPM product and service offerings, serving as the client’s advocate.
