Areas of responsibility:• Corporate banking: Comprising all local lending and leasing to PRC corporate/FIs, ISBs and regional MNCs. Responsibilities would include drafting and negotiating commitment letters, term sheets and confidentiality agreements; reviewing loan agreements, security agreements, leasing agreements, guarantees, inter-creditor agreements, legal opinions, reliance letters and other closing documentation; providing legal support for internal deal approval process.• GTS: Comprising local cash management, treasury, trade finance with PRC corporate/FIs, ISBs and regional MNCs.
