Team DescriptionEach (Client Service Officer) CSO has a portfolio of key clients and manages these relationships on a ‘proactive’ basis. This is achieved through regular contact with the client either in person, email or by telephone. The (Client Service Officers) CSOs, in partnership with the Sales team, work to understand their client’s business and using this knowledge they will identify or build cash management solutions that meet their client’s needs.
