Customer Service Call Center Rep.Customer Service Call Center Rep. Job Description: Inbound customer care representative will be taking 80-100 calls per day from homeowners about their mortgage. Customer care representatives could be discussing things including, but not limited to, taxes, payments, and escrow. The average call time is 2-5 minutes.
