Financial services company seeks a Director of Federal Regulatory Reporting. This position is within the Corporate Reporting unit . This position will lead the preparation and submission of financial filings required for companies regulated by the Federal Reserve, specifically the consolidated FR-Y9C, supporting Parent FR Y-9LP reporting, and FR Y-11/ 2314 legal entity reporting.
