MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the structuring of large and/or complex agri-business first lien loans, with terms and conditions that are marketable to other syndication or participation lenders. Incumbent negotiates terms and conditions with borrowers, investors, Credit team, and relationship managers on multi-lender transactions.
