Prepare and review Fund’s annual and quarterly financial statements to clients, auditors and investors. Assist the AVP in the audit coordination of the clients’ annual reporting process. Provide clients and auditors with appropriate supporting documentation for annual statements. Prepare and review certain required SEC filings. Supervise and mentoring staff. Actively participate in audit update calls. Undertake any other financial reporting responsibilities assigned Ensure 100% o evidence of review when preparing and reviewing statements.
