A successful candidate will perform the following duties:• Liaise with the MW Project team to understand and prepare for new functionality as it becomes BAU.• Liaise with Sales, Product and Account Management to understand the client adoption forecast and manage capacity and prioritization.• Design, implement and control appropriate processes for managing the onboarding workslate• Act as an escalation and relationship point for clients and internal counterparties around MW BAU Onboarding cases• Provide man management to the teams that report into the role.
