Grounds Laborer Job in La Vista 68128, Nebraska US

This is a part-time position. The Grounds Laborer must be a team player who helps to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to the residents of the community.  This person will work in conjunction with maintenance staff to coordinate an appropriate schedule to meet the grounds maintenance requirements of the property.  Job responsibilities include: Sweeps and cleans parking lot on daily basis.   Weeds and waters flowers and shrubbery as needed (seasonal).   Picks up trash from grounds on a daily basis.   Uses hose to clean front entry walks.
