IS Desktop Support Analyst

This position is responsible for installing, upgrading, and supporting software, hardware, barcode scanners, mobile computers, wireless LAN’s, and RFID systems.  Recommends and schedules repairs. Communicates with various support, application development teams, and end users. Develops and supports all reporting tools.
