The Managing Director will lead origination and execution deal teams through all stages of the transaction process. Given the requirement that senior bankers execute the business that they generate, candidates must excel at both selling and execution. The Managing Director must have strong industry knowledge and experience, and able to leverage existing client relationships. The person must be technically excellent and a self-starter. Must have a book of business and a rolodex of clients. Must have demonstrated leadership and a track record of executing transactions in MA.
