User Access Provisioning ?¢ Be the primary interface between internal Line of Businesses (LOBs) and external vendors/suppliers. Attend to internal LOBs and/or external vendors queries promptly. ?¢ Handle end-user access request and perform user access provisioning. ?¢ Liaise with vendors on move, add or change on new subscription/cancellation/transfer. ?¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory in FITS. ?¢ Manage entitlement control systems such as DACS, DART and others.
