Incumbent’s primary function is to effectively use their analytical skills and experience in lending to make quality loan decisions according to VyStar mortgage policies, practices, and procedures. Must stay abreast of conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage guidelines. Incumbent makes credit decision within his/her authority and VyStar policy, up to a maximum loan amount allowed by secondary market guidelines.
