On Call Chaplain, Social Worker or Counselor
PRN SW, Chaplain or Counselor to help with after hours on-call support for hospice patients/families. Minimum 1 year experience in health care setting; hospice experience preferred. Chaplain must have 2 units of CPE, at least 1 in hospice or equivalent experience. No need to apply w/o this background.
