Performs unpaid claim follow-up for status and resolution.  Submit replacement and/or corrected claims as necessary to third party payers using McKesson STAR, and ePremis systems.   Primary Responsibilities:Contact with third party payers for current claim processing and payment status as outlined in IASIS follow-up procedures.Communicate with payer, facility and/or patient/guarantor to resolve claim resolution delay issues.Assist with identifiation, location and resolution of unapplied payer payment posting.Verify claim Financial Class and balance when reviewing and working accounts.Document Read more […]
