Payables & Expense Analyst recruitment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsibility for capture of invoices, obtaining approval and payment. • Reconcile supplier statements, requesting copy invoices when necessary. • Regular reviews of accounts payable ledger to ensure old items are written off or paid, as appropriate, and discrepancies are investigated/resolved and open items matched. • Liaise with external suppliers and internal staff, regarding payment inquiries and details of expenditure ensuring that group purchase policies are applied where applicable. • Re-allocate postings from the treasury operational account to the appropriate Read more […]
