Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CER)
The CER role is the customer facing representative of Indigo Books Music Inc. It provides the first and last point of contact for customers, which is critical to delivering a life enriching experience, each and every time they visit our stores. The seasonal period is from October 1, 2011 to January 14, 2012. You must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including evening and weekend shifts from October 1, 2011 through to January 14, 2012.
