Service Desk Officer recruitment
Responsibilities include: -To provide working knowledge of client documentation requirements (both internal external). The incumbent must display a strong eye for detail and be able to use checklists and procedures to enhance his/her knowledge and get up to speed quickly.-Direct liaison with, and support to mainly internal clients including Client Advisors, Desk Assistants and other roles within the Front Office.
