Directs the activities of the Tool Room personnel for designated shift including manpower assignments, identifying overtime requirements and bringing them to the Tool Room Supervisor or Plant Manager’s attention, issuing disciplinary action if required. Assist the Tool Room Supervisor or Plant Manager in completing annual performance appraisals. Promotes a positive labor relations climate in the Tool Room.
