The client is top tier middle market advisor from USA with a strong brand name, a proven advisory platform and impressive recent success to recommend them. The business in London has been built deal by deal over the years and now they want to hire a good VP1 or Associate 3 to run their mandates and to augment what is a very settled team. Their deals are MA, cross-border (and some UK), generalist (Tech/Industrials quite often), and sell-side. The team is very stable and generally considered a good place to work.
