Die Platform dient zur Interaktion von Usern und umfasst Browser Add-ons für Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox und Google Chrome sowie einen HTTP Protocol Analyzer. Mehrere Windows Services kommunizieren per COM mit diesen Komponenten und sorgen für eine zuverlässige HTTPS Kommunikation zu den Serversystemen sowie für automatische Updates.
