The role is one in which the successful candidates will need to demonstrate a great understanding of customer experience and how the data relates to customer need more than just technical prowess. They do require data mining and being able to extract nuggets of data in the masses of data the bank has but it needs to be demonstrated as action oriented and commercial. They are looking at data mining activity so more like power user capability.
