Position Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for talent acquisition operations support including all aspects of candidate interviewing and hiring project administration. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of the candidate's experience throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes. Reports directly to Talent Acquisition Leader EMEA with day to day supervision from the Talent Acquisition Partner within country.

Position Responsibilities:

* Provide effective communication and coordination with external candidates, internal employees, hiring leader, and interviewing team.
* Responsible for the interview coordination process, including scheduling and coordination of all associated interview materials. Provide ongoing candidate activity status updates.
* Ensure candidate satisfaction in the hiring process by helping coordinate travel and process candidate expense reimbursements
* Act as liaison between approved third party service providers to ensure invoices are processed and recorded.
* Oversee HodesIQ user administration, to include requesting access and deleting users as necessary.
* Provide support throughout the offer process to business HR; to include preparing and sending offer letters and associated offer materials.
* Oversee timely new employee pre-hire start; to include appropriate paperwork, relocation activities in conjunction with the EMEA mobility specialist and internal communication
* Ensure staffing policies and procedures are followed and completed; including partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure that proper documentation of candidates in the Hiring Management System (Hodes iQ), as well as collect and file hiring compliance documentation.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Analyst (Based US) to produce staffing metric reports; to ensure regular data and communication updates to Talent Acquisition Leader.

Minimum Qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, or office administration/support
* Experience in a recruiting or staffing organization is highly desirable; with a focus on supporting and coordinating a company's interview process to include interview scheduling and interfacing directly with candidates
* Associates degree is preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and outstanding administrative organizational skills
* Must be able to support deliverables, with strong follow-through capabilities
* Direct experience in using a hiring management system or an HRIS is preferred
* Computer proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
* Excellent work organization and project management skills required; Accuracy and attention to detail are critical success factors
* Ability to work effectively in a team, matrix structured environment, with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated ability to support concurrent work assignments, with capability to balance and prioritize critical actions
* Must be able to maintain company confidential and proprietary information
