Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe

The role:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take all the things we’ve done, take them to market and help us create a talent pipeline for the future. We have impressive growth plans and are acquisitive so whilst we have great people already we need more.

You’ll provide leadership on resourcing strategy and operations and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Moog EVP in all the Moog territories in Europe.

You’ll bring:

·         European Resourcing and recruitment communications/ marketing experience across multiple markets from more than 2 different organisation types

·         Extensive experience in the understanding, refinement and implementation of recruitment systems and processes across culture, country and language

·         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with experience in a multinational/ lingual environment

·         University degree, ideally in Business, Psychology, HR or marketing or equivalent
