Talent Acquisition Specialist- Assessment recruitment

This role will support the Senior Assessment Specialist in devising, developing and implementing assessment  solutions that are aligned with the bank’s business strategy. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the researching, drafting and presenting of proposals and reports.

• Deploying a range of quantitative, qualitative and analytical techniques to gather and interpret data.

• Working autonomously, prioritising and taking ownership of personal work-streams.

• Representing the Assessment Team effectively throughout the Bank and supporting in forums.

• Providing basic guidance and technical support to internal clients as required.

• Contributing to team meetings.

• Ability to offer an alternative opinion on issues, draw appropriate conclusions and make recommendations to seniors

• Ability to handle large amount of qualitative and quantitative data accurately and to seek clarification or source for additional information.

• Keep pace with developments in theories, research and best-practices then introduce them to the Bank.

• Have an open mind to other ideas and be willing to recognise individuals’ contributions.  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters of Arts preferably in Sociology, Psychology or Economics; Bachelor or Masters of Business in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour.

• Must display a clear interest in occupational and organisational psychology evident in a good track record of writing papers and essays.

• Research design and implementation skills, knowledge of psychometrics/ classical test theory desired.

• Knowledge of statistics packages, ideally SPSS, is preferably.

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English

• Sound interpersonal and team-working skills
